They should be,if they are not adhering to the standards.Also in many places they are depleting the ground water.But everytime they get away by bribing the government.What the people can do is stop consuming these drinks

bro u dont know that everyday Rs.4000 crore went to America as a profit from it.they earn Rs.8 from a Rs.10 bottle drink.thay r just eating up the Indian resourses.

If it really is sold/manufactured different in india (which I would assume they most likely make the Coke/Pepsi there in your country) I would say ban it if its harming the country. However all across the world they have no problems with it.

What with all the modern farming methods, if you had to ban any food which contained pesticides, you would have a rather limited diet.(and very expensive... look at the price of organic food).
Why just in India, what about the rest of the people? It's ok if we all get pesticide poisoning and die?

it is main cause of genetic dieses.if a pegnant lady drinks it then her baby will be born mentally or physically handicapped!
