Whether I exchange my job?

I have a difficult choice which makes me nervous these days. I have worked as a secretary for a year from graduated. I like my job, but I often feel that there isn't enough room for my promoting. It disturbs my feeling, though, and life. I donnot know what I can do. Maybe you could sugest that changing a job can make u feel better, or doing or learning something can also spare ur over-the-top desires. In fact there are a lot of causes that stop me to give up this job. The first, the salary is very important for me now. The second, my boss who is a friend of my dad's friend is very trust in me. The third, it's difficult to fall into a nice berth which I like. O~ I couldnot clear up my mind, and decide what I am gonna to do. Could u give me some advices? Thanx!!
