I have read that there is Virgin Olive oil andExtra virgin Olive Oil, also now I hear of Virgin Coconut Oil. Can somebody tell me the difference between regular (?) oil and virgin oil? I think I have been drinking conceived oil all of my life!!!

From my understanding, virgin olive oil is the first pressing of the season or harvest. Some grading standards of virgin / extra virgin refer to how it is processed and if there are any chemical additives to it. A cold press oil is better than one that has been heat treated as it retains more of the original flavor of the olive.
