Hi,mtgrlz_zerocool.... Well, I'm from the Philippines. I can't share our traditional dishes cause I am not familiar with them, all i know is that our staple food is rice. We have different kind of foods here. We have 'PANSIT', it is a dish made from vegetables, noodles, pork and pork liver. We also have 'PINAKBET', it is a mix of different vegetables such as eggplants, squash, string beans and bits of sliced pork or shrimp, it is sauted first and boiled afterwards.... That's all I can share.
