Based on what I've read in the Bible and other ancient scriptures, it is very sad but if a human has not lived a life like a saint, his soul is cast into a lake of fire. Don't get scared by this because there are situations in this world or in this life more cruel, more terrific than to be in a lake of fire. Or in other words "his soul is cast in a new life in this world again. For some people this world is a hell and for others is a glory.
You reap what you have sown, that is the teaching of Jesus.
With the same measuring rod you measure you shll be measured.
Dont do onto others what you wouldn't like to be done on to you...
Thats the way to hell or to glory across "be born again"

if i were to believe that i will be born again,i must also accept the fact that now i was born again also, and that i existed in the past too..but as far as i can't remember anything about it,i am sure i won't be remembering my present life or person in an eventual future life either,so what's the point in knowing that i will be born again if i won't be knowing it:)
reincarnation is one of the theories but some believe our soul goes to heaven or hell so i guess the other theory drops.
but also,if we believe in ghosts then it means our soul does go someplace, where some of them can;'t find its peace so they come back to haunt..if there was reincarnation, i am sure the soul would have found a body to come back into, and would not be wondering around as a ghost:))

I don't believe in being born again unless it's ordained by divine purpose. But hypothetically speaking, IF I did believe, I would like to be born again and not overeat so that I could live as a normal sized person, but I guess God has His reasons. Take care.

Sure to be born again must be ordained by divine purpose. Take the case of Elijah who was born again in the person of John The Baptist. How are we come to the next life depend on reaping and sowing. One reaps what one has sown. The angels of God set you in the appropiate body in accord with your actions of the preceding life.
All this principles are in the New Testament...

Sure I beleive in being born again, thats what Jesus taught us although he taught this doctrine more deep than our Cristian's churches teach it at present. I beleive it because others Great Teachers of ancient time also taught the same. I believe it because philosophy through its different subdivisions also teach the same. Science through evolution theory also confirm the same (the human brain is going through a process of evolution across time to end in a Super brain).
I would like to be born again material and spiritual. Why not?
