They suck but sometime you just have to take them. This is the last week of my last class at community college. I am taking Intermediate Algebra. It was only 6 weeks long. Really fast paced but it went well, better than I thought it was going to be. It will be nice to have a little break. Going to start up again though in the fall.
How is everyone else doing in their summer classes?

My 23 year old son Andy has his birthday today and is in a summer class! UGH!-Taking a computer graphics course and one computer photography one!!
He's great and doing well, but I think this is his last class day? He will be glad to be done!

That stinks, having to go to class on your birthday! Well, I know I am going to be glad to be done too. Summer classes are a pain in the butt but you just have to do them some times. :)

It is a good way to keep people busy.
But helps if one takes up the course.
In my country summer courses are of different genre.
Students prepare for comming session.
It is like if you do not take up classes early you might fall behind.
So everyone is taking one or other.

Really? that is interesting. Here they are short versions of full semester classes. People take them to get credits done faster or to retake a class they may have failed or dropped in the previous semester.
