I probably use amonia the most. It is my all purpose cleaner.

I use a simple multi purpose cleaner, and that is it. I have this thing where I do not believe in over cleanliness. Don't get me wrong I am not dirty but I am not fastidious about being spotless as I believe that some germs in the house are good for us! I just use a basic, cheap cleaner for everything and it does the trick and smells OK too!

Oh yes toilet cleaner, that too! I use the multi purpose for the floors. Sometimes when I see all the cleaning stuff that is available these days it stumps me, there is a cleaning product for absolutely everything!

I don't know how it is there in UK, but I met a girl visiting the states from Australia and she was amazed at all the different choices. For every cleaning supply there is, there are 5 brands. For amonia there is the store brand, which varies per store, Windex, Glass Plus... well, that's all I can think of for amonia, but you get the idea. But you're right, our cleaning aisle at the super market is literally an entire aisle, both sides. And now every product comes in pre moistened wipes too. I guess some are just too lazy to take the cleaner and rag, they want to be able to pull out a wipe and let that be that.

sounds like me. I'm not a neat freak or a germaphobe, but I'm also not dirty. I use windex mostly, as well as clorox toilet cleaner and a disinfectant for the floors when I mop once a week. That's about it for the cleaning products I buy.

I don't use any cleaners anymore. I bought those micro rags from norwex and you don't have to use anything with them. They are micro clothes and do a fantastic job!

You can use them on everything? That's interesting, not sure I've heard of these before. Would probably save a ton of money though, wouldn't it?

I don't really use any cleaning materials as such. I use vinegar for cleaning windows and in my washing machine occassionally, but apart from when washing dishes when I use a little washing liquid I normally I make do with just hot water and scrubbing.

My three green cleaning staples are vinegar, baking soda and borax. All natural.
