what was the first cellphone unit you ever owned? do you still keep it?

i had a cellphone back in 1999, actually it wasn't mine only, it was commonly used by the entire family. it was a flip top, the bulky ones. i think we are still keeping it (although it is not working anymore) together with our photo collections. back in 2004 the first one that i ever owned, that was really mine was a nokia 3300, the music phone. i am really a music fanatic so i opted to buy something that gives good quality music. i used it until last year, 3 years - until its keypad surrendered for being overused. i still have my phone and sometimes, it is being used by my mother. i don't want to sell it or give it to anyone else. i guess, i am the really sentimental type... how about you, what (and when) was the first ever cellphone you ever owned? do you still use it? if not, do you still keep it for any reason? thanks for sharing!!!
