I find it's really hard to me to fall in sleep, if it's very hot. And now I live in my antie's house, she can't afford aircondition. So how can I live without aircondition in the hot summer night? Do you have any suggestion? I always have trouble to sleep, sometimes I take some medicine, but they not always work.

Belive me please when I say, "I know your pain!" Last summer was the worse summer of my life! I was pregnant and my stupid ex-husband was too lazy to get the AC working and then we had no water for two weeks. In case I didn't tell you, we live in Arizona, not fun.
What did we do? Well, before you go to bed, lay an extra thick blanket and go take a blasting cold shower (with or without a set of clothes, your choice) and dab off the water, don't completely dry yourself. Hopefully, that should keep you cool enough until you fall asleep.
Or, get a spray bottle and fill it with water. Leave that in the fridge all day and only use it to mist yourself while in bed.
Good luck!

Thanks. Let me try them. I'm enlightened by you. Maybe I can put a big ice in my room for cooling. Really can't imagin live without water for two weeks. What a hard situation you've faced. I know even in the good condition, women pregnant sometimes feels sick. My good friend just give birth to her child, she suffered a lot from it.

I turn the air conditioning off when it's time to go to sleep but I do use a small fan. The fan not only moves the air around making it a little cooler, but if you listen to the noise the fan makes, the droning sound will help to put you to sleep :)

I don't have trouble falling asleep, but instead staying asleep.
If it's hot and the a/c isn't on, even with a fan on me, I still find myself waking up, sweating and feeling miserable.
I would suggest putting a few fans in the room, and maybe open the window to let some air in.
