Long distance...I can go the distance..

Long-Distance Relationships.. I have stopped believing in them somewhat until and unless they turn out into real life relationships as oon as possible.. I had been in one relationship which ended up after 3 years but we could not see each other even once in 3 years.. I met a girl online, about 5 years back. We had a nice chat and we continued to chat on alternate days for about one month. By that time she had given me her phone number so we started talking on phone. We exchanged our pics and did like each other. I even proposed her after 2 months or so and she accepted my proposal after another month. We went away nicely. But infortunately couldn't meet each other ever. We loved each other and everytime i could think of meeting her(we lived in different cities) some or the other thing happened which won't allow us to meet. Then after 2 years or so, some incident happened wirth her due to which our relation started declining. She was not allowed to talk to boys. And i kept on asking her for time so that i can come over to her place to see her. But unfortunately we ended up and i still don't know the reason. I still try to contact her, but she doesn't even picks up the call. So as far as i m concerned, i used to believe in long-distance relationships, but i am afraid to take any chances now. I have seen a 4 year relationship ending up in 4 months just because they got separted after 4 years. So you really can't belive.. Whats gonna happen?

i've been into that kind of situation lately and i've found it really hard.,coz you know for fact that your loved one is miles away from you.,you need to put a lot of effort for you to make it.,but for me.,i can't stand with it thats why i've made up my mind and broke up with him.,i love hime but i don't want to make myself sacrifice for something that i don't deserve.,

It's possible,but not always Easy..The internet helps...You can chat online,email,Use internet phones,Webcams...It must have been tough with only snail mail and big phone bills!

i did had a long distance relationship for 2 years..actually she was my girlfriend for 5 years...we separated when her family brought her to australia and my mom brought me to US....we tried it for 2 years...but it did worked out..she she cheated and i was left behind...as for me long distance don't work that good.....

Okay, i am still experience the long distance relationship. Since my bf is still studying and I'm working. At first, it's quite tough for me to handle and face it cause we used to meet everyday. Our house is near and we meet a several time in a day. School, evening walk, at night we go for the same tuition. And suddenly, i don't have the chance to meet him and all. It's really tough but we are facing it together and everything went okay back. Altho we do misses each other so bad. I keep my relationship stronger by giving him my loyalty and so do him. We keep messaging, saying how we love and miss each other. And of course, trust them and be an understanding partner would help And now we are still together, and tomorrow - 25th june 2008, we are 39months:) Counting counting
