I am working in a state-run company, the job is not very difficult for me,just make some monitoring programmes, using some certain softwares. The programmes we use are nearly the same,so i need make a slight change sometimes.have been doing the job for over two years,I felt a little boring,I want to have a change.May be have a shop-online and work for myself, that will be more free for me.So what's your ideas?are you working for youself or others?

Hey, summerrain, my suggestion is that you can open an online shop as a part-time job. Use your spare time and work for yourself. We've known that state company are much comfortable compare to foreign ones or joint venture. And the salary's not bad, the welfare's very good, a stable and satisfactory job for women especially. Think twice before making a decision. Good luck if you really want to quit and make a change **Enjoy life~~**

Wow, 4 hours is too long, so you have to balance advantages and disadvantages before decision. All the best Lynette

Start in your spare time and work from there. Once it is going well then you can achieve your goal to be self-employed. Best wishes.

I am used to doing things that has nothing to do with me. My friends kept asking me to do them a favor and I just can't say 'no' to them...Doing things that makes people happy makes me feel of use so I'd rather work for others...

Ideally if I came up with a successful money-making idea, I woul dlove to be my own boss, but realistically, I don't forsee that happening any time soon, so I I will most likely be working fo rsomeone else for the rest of my working days. It isn't so bad though, I guess I have a lot less responibility than a boss, which I think is a good thing stress and time wise.

that's right.we should be more responsible if working for ourselves.that will be a challenge.I think.
