i received an email from these web , it is http://shurl.org/rebateprocessor, it is need pay , is there anybody try this before , is this a scam web?thanks

I get those emails every single day and so sick of them. If you go their website and they are asking you to pay some sort of fee, membership dues, training materials, sign of good faith, any kind of upfront money, its not a good sign. First, what legitimate company should be spamming everyone's email on a daily basis? Bad sign.
