Have you ever thought of killing yourself? While this may sound scary and something you think you'd never ever do, many people have opted out of life by killing themselves. What's your stand on this, is it a sin, is it your choice, is it ok to kill yourself?

Killing yourself is not the answer to your problems..we do all have problems in our lives..but we have to face it no matter what because God gave us these problems because He knows that we CAN face and handle it..be positive about it..consider these problems/trials in our lives as a blessing from Him..that it will make us a better and stronger person as we struggle every days' challenges in life. For me, it's a "mortal sin" because He gave us this life..so, He's the only one to take it back..Love yourself..

I don't think I have the guts to do that. It would be so selfish on my part Because if I do that my family will really grieve.I don't want them to feel that. Those who commit that are maybe too afraid to face life's challenges. I also have my share of trials but then I try to solve it and consider as a challenge for me to become a better individual.

Many people think about it but few actually do it. When I was quite young I went through a time, before I knew I had chronic depression, when I contemplating comitting the act. I had written letters to family and friends and was all ready to do it. I just felt so helpless and sae no real future. I never did it and now I have too much to luck foreard to in this life to ever even think of such a thing. Life is just too precious. No, it isn't okay to kill yourself. Odd to say but I think it is okay to get that low sometimes because the work it takes to get back to level ground is well worth it.

The Bible says it is a sin,and I do believe in the Bible so I have to believe it is a sin. However for most of my life I have wished someone or something would do it for me.Life is not always what you make it.Sometimes things go wrong when you are little and have no control over it,then from there you have developed certain personality traits and survival skills that don't always go over well in the real world. You though maybe you were keeping yourself safe ,and maybe at the time you were. But how do you change life long thought processors that mess up your every day life, even as an adult? I don't have the answer to that I just survive every day, however I do not actually live every day.
