Always practice your English verbally. Coz reading in your mind and saying out loud words/phrases are entirely different. When you practice on your mind, you follow what other people's way of saying the word, you cannot correct your mistakes. But when you say them orally you're gonna notice some of the things you need to work out later. hi my friend,if you want to have a position in foreign company,the ability of written english is as important as spoken english. coz the documents you contact in daily work are mostly written in english and also you have to reply emails in english. thus i think you should spend more time on mylot to improve your written english. goos luck.

hi, dear friend.if you want a job in foreign company you should practice english every day.there are some ways to improve your english .If you are alone you can write something in english and talk to yourself.if you have partners ou can talk with them. besides ,you can listen english songs and watch english moves . if near your live place there is a high school ,you can go there to join the english coner.hope you everything well.

if you want improve oral english ,you must used english day-to-day,as far as i know ,mylot is a nice webset to improve oral english,but you seldom log on.in a word ,study english is a manner of life ,not a impulse,no matter what way you selece,plese hold the line.
