why people were born with different skin colors across the world?

do u know why people in africa were born black, european--white, asian--yellow...? can people's skin color change naturally?

when the first humans appeared (evolved from monkeys) they needed some sort of protection against the sun (african ones) so their skin color changed to protect them against the sun. europeans didn't need any protection (or not that much) so their color remained the same. also after migrating some europeans got envolved with africans and then came other skin colors. i don't know if this is true. this is what i believe it happened, and i find it really logical to be this way.
