How many have made payout in less than 15 days?

After reading many discussions, I've noticed that a lot of people make payout in 20 days. I'm new to mylot.com but have been doing really well. My goal is to make payout by the end of this month, which means I have about 7 days to make $6 dollars. Recently, I made over a dollar in one day. If I can keep this up, then I know I can make it. Does anyone have any suggestions on helping me reach my goal? Good luck to all who are trying as hard as I am.

Hi,
I see that you have added
spacing
spacing
spacing
into your response. Does that help with the payout for length, size of post. etc...
Just curious about that. Thanks

I think it does, but I would be afraid to do it because I've heard so many people get deleted for doing certain things. I'm doing so well and I just started so I'm not sure what is allowed and what isn't allowed.

That's really good to hear. You guys are lifting my spirits. I try to post late at night because I know that I will have time to myself to really think and usually my interent runs really fast after midnight. Congrats on your months of payouts.

I am new as well. Actually, I joined last year and kinda forgot to come on. So I only have a few cents from a year ago, and just last night in a few hours I made 13 cents. I'm hoping to make as much as I can a day, but also mainly try to stick to topics where I can really make good posts.
Good luck with your cash out goal for the month. I definitely think you can do it! Just keep writing great responses and starting good topic posts like this.
I have the referral problem as well, I really don't have anyone to refer. I may just put a ref link on my myspace profile, that way if any of my friends want to join they can, but I don't have to be pushy. LOL

Yea, responding is important also. I have started 2 topics so far, and they were both last night, not too far apart. But I can't see doing that all the time, I wouldn't want to be annoying or make people think I'm just here for the money, I mean, that is a big reason I joined, but the conversation is great, and I am finding it really therapeutic to write, even if it's about something so simple. I am using my mind and that is what is important to me. So responding is a great thing, but if you get an idea for a thread to start I say go for it. That's what made me do it last night, I had different ideas so I went for it.

Actually you have no money from a year ago because I read it says if your account is inactive for three months, you lose anything you have made. So if you have any money at all from them, you have to have logged in since then. Otherwise you only have your recent earnings.

The referrals seem to be a problem for everyone. I put a referral link on my profile and posted a bulletin, but no such luck so far. I gave up and just decided to work hard and make it on my own. I try to make really good responses and comments. My new discusssions hardly get any responses. This one was just a fluke I guess, because I never thought I would get this many responses on this one discussion. It would be nice if all my posts could do so well. Good luck on your goals also.

Those people here who reach payout in less than a month are mostly those who says at home and have nothing else to do and there are also others who are too busy at home or at work that they can only spend an hour or so here but their posts are long. We've been discussing it here in myLot over and over how long and sensical responses get paid higher than having 1-3 lines. And I've experienced how it affects my earnings and posts. Those are the usual ones who reach payout in less than 30 days. Plus those with active referrals that are helping them in a way.
There were days when I get to post only 10-15 responses but most of them are long and when my earnings were updated the next day, it was way higher than I expected it to be. So I think that is one secret that you must also know. Find discussions that interests you and you can say a lot about. I reached my payout in about 2 weeks but I leveled it up to see if I can reach a much higher amount this month. Hopefully, I can make $12 in 5 days. Good luck to us.

I'm not saying that you'll get paid more when you have 5000 posts beside our name than what you can get if you have 100 posts. I am not sure also about the responses that you get per discussion that you start whether you get paid for it or not but I am sure that when you post long responses you'll get paid more.

Oh...okay. I'm looking for ways to get paid more for everything I do. I've been trying for referrals but can't find anymore than I have. I've been pushing those people to be more active on mylot to help make me more money. But, from what I'm hearing the best way to make the most money is to post interesting new discussions and upload lots of pictures. Are you making $12 in five days because of your referrals?

So are you saying that once I have more posts under my belt, higher ratings, and a nice star my payment for each posts will be more? That would be so nice if that was true. I'm a newbie and only been on here for a week or so. I do try to write quality posts and make sure they are a good length. I stay at home, but I have my daughter and school. Plus, I have to cook and clean for my hubby because he works all day long. I'm working on being better at posting new discussions, because that's what takes me some time. Thank you for your wishes and response.

It's so great to be seeing people pushing themselves to earn here. I'm new to this as well... but i'm hoping to get something more. reading your discussion, i see now that there are some making $2 a day! That's awesome! How many posts should you have to make that much in a day?
I hope you do get your desired payout Fafinette!!! Good Luck to us all!

Are you saying that you have never made $2 in a day or ever? If I make it in a day I will let everyone on here know. I can type pretty fast and for long periods of time because I'm used to doing it for school. I wouldn't know how I made it though, or how many posts I had to do. Reaching the goal will be nice still.

Some of the discussions that I have read say that 100 to 200 posts a day is required to make $2. Others say that it's a combined effort of new discussions, responses, comments, photos that make the goal. I'm trying everything today just to see how it turns out. I'm having fun doing it, just wish I knew what was making me the most money so I can do more of it in the future. I just found out that I won't get paid for new discussions unless someone responds to them. Welcome to the site and good luck.

Its hard for some members to keep posting the stuff and spending more time on Internet so its difficult for them to reach payout time very soon. Some people have no other work than just posting things here. They spend a lot of time on the Internet and its easy for them to reach payout in very less time.

Yeah, I can understand that. $10 isn't a lot of money but it is better than nothing. I try to post a lot while doing homework or playing online games with my daughter. But, with all the other things that I have to do in a day, it's hard to post all day long. I'm sure there are some people that make payout in a week because this is all they do, but I'm unable to do that.

I wish you well in your dollar a day pursuit. I've been on the site for over a year and I still haven't made my ten bucks. But then again, money's not that important to me. I already have enough to serve all my needs, especially after my recent poker wins. I just like to write, communicate with the world, express my views and debate the issues of the day. Hopefully I can do my small bit to make the world a better place. I hope you reach your target, but even if you don't...
Be Happy!
Cheers Zmugzy!

Once I start working again, I'm sure I'll be on less often and only to see what's going on with the members on here. I love mylot as much as I love myspace.....maybe a little more. I haven't posted as much today as I did yesterday but I hope I will still see a good amount of effort in my earnings. I'm happy.

I was so excited to see how much I made yesterday, I made about 16 posts, maybe a few more, because I'm not sure what ones count for the prior day! Anyway, I made 54 cents. I know, not a lot, but not bad for my first full day of really posting! After 2 days of this I currently total 67 cents in earnings. I obviously won't make payout in the next week, but if I keep going at this rate I should at least have a few dollars by the end of the month!
As far as pictures go, I happened to think, I have taken several photography classes, and I like taking pictures, so I have a good amount of pictures just sitting in my hard drive. I'm thinking I need to go through them and pick out some to put on here! I don't know how much money actually amounts from pictures, but it certainly doesn't hurt to try since I already have them around anyway.
Also, I tend to write very lengthy posts no matter what, even when I have myspace blogs I write a lot, so I think the key to mylot is to write a lot and say what you are thinking. That is such a great thing!
Again, good luck with your goal to reach pay out this month. You are doing so great, you have a real chance of making it!

Congrats! Making 54 cents with just 16 posts is good. If you keep this up, you will definitely make payout next month and every month after that. I live in a small town so most of my pictures are of family and friends. Next month I'm taking a trip back to Orlando where I used to live so I will be able to take tons of pictures to post on here then. No one has a clue about the money they make per activity, so everyone just does their best and prays for a lot from it. Mostly, it's just a lot of fun.

LOL yea.. since I moved I live way out in the country. So I have nothing to take pictures of. When I was in school I did photoshoots with friends, so most of my pictures are of friends, but not casual ones, mostly posed. Also other pictures I just posted are pictures I took of big houses, sometimes we ride around and like to look at big houses. Unfortunately with gas prices the way they are now, that's not practical to ride around just for fun.

True. Gas takes up more money than food these days. I moved from a city to a place that's worst than the country. I'm still adjusting and I've been here for about a year. There's only a few "big" houses around here, and to me they aren't that big, just bigger than the others. I was happy to find mylot, but I try to make most of my money by posts.

How many hours do you spend here? I haven't made any payout here but somehow I'm hoping at the end of the month. But I need $6 dollars more to be able to get that. I usually spend two hours here and sometimes I just read the discussions and never post anything.lol!

Well, you have to post. If you spend two hours of posting then you should make a good amount. If you just come on and read then you're not making any money. You don't have to really post new discussions, just respond to topics that you interest you. You can easily make the payout in a month if you do that. Good luck to you.

I wish I knew what the real criteria is in this.
My earnings have gone up daily but its different from everybody else.
So whats the real criteria ?
I'm trying just to work hard and see if there's an acceptable result.
I think there is but I haven't gotten there as yet.
I will keep trying though. Its probably worth it.

I bet everyone wish they knew also, but I think it's best this way. So many bad people would flood the system if they new this. Then the site would probably close or have strict policies of what they will pay for and what they won't pay for. I think the whole purpose is to have fun and not really worry about the money. I know that each post would have to be of good quality and a good length. Just think of it....if a friend asked for your advice, would you respond with one word or sentence, or would you give them as much information as possible.

yeah i have seen some people on here that have been on here a year and have like 2 points im not sure on the being able to cash out more often than what we have done on what we have now but im sure there is a trick to it somehow.. maybe its easier the more replies to a post or something.. i havent been able to figure out what gives me the points faster.. but we are both determined people and so i am sure we will succeed here

It's good to know that I can still reach payout each month even if I'm not online a lot. I was afraid that when school started again and I began to work, it would become difficult for me to make payout. I hear of people on here that haven't made payout and have been on here for up to a year or have tons of posts. I don't want to be that way. I guess I measure my quality of posts by the earnings I receive. Some discussions that I've read have made payout a couple of times and has less than 1000 posts. I wonder how they do that??

You are doing quite well here in mylot... i got my first payout after a few months... but that was during the time when the pay rate was extremely low... now i manage to reach payout between 20 to 25 days... so i am expecting to reach it by tomorrow... i don't have any referrals... so i do it all by myself...
I guess the key is to come up with quality post and discussions... and to do it with zest... Goodluck to you...

Thank you! I have few referrals but not making any money off of them because they aren't active. Hopefully mylot will pay more for each post as more people become members. A lot of my friends are still sketical and so they won't sign up and take the time. Most think that money should come easier, but how many sites do you know that pay you just to talk about any and everything? I think 20 days is a good time. That leaves a good ten days to make a few extra bucks. The economy is so bad that any extra money is good for me.

It's not a big deal and easy to do.
Just pick 100 discussions and respond

by the end of the month!
Best of luck.

It's hard for me to remember every discussion I responded to. I wish there was a counter to let you know how many you have responded to in the last 24 hours. It would make it a little bit easier for me to set goals. Right now, I'm just posting as much as I can in one day and praying to make $1 or more each day. I wish I could upload more pictures. I'm not even sure if we get paid for all the pictures we upload or just the ones we upload to go with the interests on our page?

Wow you've got $4 by posting 157 discussions and responses, you are doing so well! I'm nearing $1.50 but it's taking me quite a lot of posts. Currently I'm on $1.20. I got that by about 70 posts. You are earning about 3 cents for each post you make. You must make so many good responses and discussions. I envy you so much. I try to concentrate on quality and not quantity but that's amazing. $1 a day will be impossible for me. I get about 15 cents. Sometimes I may get up to 30 cents but $1! You must take quite a time writing your responses. The art of doing well on MyLot... Well hope your get your payout soon. Well done on what you've managed.

Thank you! This was my first time making $1.25 in one day. Before this, the most I had made in one day was around .50cents. I don't even know what I did to get that amount but I'm trying to post more and more in order to continue to earn that much. Some members have posted that they average around $50 a month.
