Do you still like to color?

Are you a teen or an adult who still loves to color? I do! It relieves stress, clears my mind, relaxes me, and enhances creativity, etc. When I know my spouse is stressed, I tell him to come to the living room and have a page out of a coloring book opened, along with a large can of crayons. I tell him to color for about 5-10 minutes (sometimes he takes longer than that) and afterwards, he becomes more relaxed. My son's best friend's 4th birthday is coming up, so I bought 3 coloring books for him and more for my family. I love all kinds of coloring books. Tell me your experiences.

I never liked to color even as a kid. I never felt like I did it very well!

LOL! You won't be graded to color. The best part is to color outside the line! But everyone should do an activity they enjoy to help relieve stress.

Oh, I'm an adult and I still love to color. Lately I haven't really had the time to color, but as soon as I finish making a few things for the fair I plan on buying a coloring book and getting back in there. Its so fun bringing color and life to some of your favorite characters and people.

I still work on coloring books. I have loved this activity since I was younger. I do agree with you coolchic101, it helps relieve stress. My problem is that I do not get to see good coloring books in stores that frequent. I do have friends who know that I love to color and so they give me some coloring books from time to time.

I love to color! I just wish that I was still as creative with it as I was when I was younger, it just seems so plain and boring and "adult" when I'm done...lol
