ok, so i've taken the plunge and i have enrolled in some online classes to become a pharmacy technician. i've been talking about a job change for a while and i was really uncertain as to what i wanted to do with my future. my heart and my passion is working with young children. but i know that i do not have the time needed to commit to taking on that role again. after all, i have my own child to raise and a family to take care of.
i currently work as a designer in a retail setting. the money is ok, but it's retail. i hate retail!!! i hate the hours, i hate the meaningless work, i dislike the vast majority of the types of customers that come into my store. i figured, now more than ever is the time to make a change. though the field that i am moving to will probably pay about the same that i am making now, it'll give me the opportunity to learn something new. moving into the medical field without all the icky, bloody stuff is pretty awesome. and if its something that i really like, there are plently of jobs and different settings that i can get in to. wish me luck!!!!

I am glad you were able to make the decision that is right for you. That is the hard part. Is this the direction I want to go into. I want to get my master's, but I can't decision what I want it in. Being a pharmacy technician sounds exciting because there is always something happening in that field. You will be in my prayers.
