Lives, livelihood were hit by typhoon Frank when it Hit the Philippines this weekend.Flash floods happende in the provinces causing many to be displaced from their homes, others were found missing

Sigh. This is a very sad news. Every year people die because of typhoons or lose their homes. Condolence to those who lost their loved ones.
