That happens often. We dream of becoming something but we become something else. I think you must take up teaching as part time job, if you find the time. And see if it satisfies you or not.

Yes, sometimes the salary affects the way you love a job. Infact if we love a job yet it pays less, its hard to stick to it. I hope your wages increase more for you. And you find it more interesting than ever.

hello parthajena,
well when we were small we want to become something or the other. that hope changes as we grow up and well we may seem surprised when we find ourselves in a career that we may not have imagined. well that is what the life is. accepting all that we get and trying to grow in what we are.
anyways have a good day.

That is true. What we hope seldom happens. All comes down to whether you love the present job you are in or not. But there are also times when we dont like a job but we take it up. Its due to some kinda challenge or assertiveness.

Yes, i'm in a career that i love. Working with out commuting, infront of the computer as long as i like. All though i don't have a normal job. I'm still earning regular money. The one thing i love about this is freedom.

No not really. I hate computers when I am having to work on them. My dream is to be a psychologist but I still have some time in school. Hopefully one day my dream will come true and I will be happy in my profession.

I wish your dream comes true. But, presently all the best for being happy with your job. Even i had a different dream, to have a different job. But, sometimes its not possible to pursue our dream job. I have always wanted to be a poet. But i like the present medical profession even though it has to an extent killed my dream job prospects.

I work for a newspaper and I love it! It seems journalistic work has always been in my life. In high school I was on the yearbook staff and I went to college and continued on that. Then when I got out into the "real world" I decided that I didn't want to do the writing or anything like that and have moved to the circulation end of things. Working in that department to make sure that we reach every possible subscriber is a challenging day to day job.

Its good to know you love your job so much. I have seen people writing big articles and wanting to publish it. But i hadn't heard of someone care for it to reach everyone. Thumbs up to you buddy.

I work as a copyeditor for a publishing company and I love my job! I like the job because I love to read and the pay is good! You see reading is my favorite past time, so you can imagine what it is to be reading 7 hours a day. Although the point persons in the company that I work sucks, i'm still working in this job because I simply love it. I mean i'm the kind of person that can tolerate these kinds of people just as long as they mind their own business, so there.
