If you want anything done, you have to do it yourself. A Kansas community literally took matters into their own hands to solve a neighborhood problem they were having with illegal aliens. Here's the story:
WHAT THEY DID IN KANSAS
Wallace Lewis is the president of his homeowners association in the Topeka, KS suburbs. They were having a terrible problem with litter near some of his association's homes. The reason according to Wallace is that six very large, luxurious new houses are being built right next to their community.
The trash was coming from the Mexican laborers working at the construction sites and included bags from McDonald's, Burger King and 7-11, plus coffee cups, napkins, cigarette butts, coke cans, empty bottles, etc. He went to see the site supervisor and even the general contractor, politely urging them to get their workers not to litter the neighborhood, to no avail. He called the city, county, and police and got no help there either.
So here's what his community did. They organized about twenty folks, named themselves The 'Inner Neighborhood Services' group, and arranged to go out at lunch time and 'police' the trash themselves. It is what they did while picking up the trash that is so hilarious. They bought navy blue baseball caps and had the initials 'INS' embroidered in gold on the caps. (Immigration & Naturalization Services) It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand what they hoped people might mistakenly think the letters really stand for.
After the Inner Neighborhood Services group's first lunch time pickup detail, with all of them wearing their caps and some carrying cameras, 46 out of the total of 68 construction workers did not show up for work the next morning - and haven't come back yet. It has been ten days now.
The General Contractor, I'm told, is very mad, but can't say anything publicly because he could be busted for hiring illegal aliens. Wallace and his bunch can't be accused of impersonating federal personnel, because they have the official name of the group recorded in their homeowner association minutes along with a notation about the vote to approve formation of the new subcommittee - and besides, they informed the INS in advance of their plans and according to Wallace, the INS said basically, 'Have at it!'
SO, FOLKS, I THINK YOU COULD SAY THAT KANSAS INGENUITY TRIUMPHS AGAIN!
Reminder: Don't forget to pay your taxes.......12 million illegal aliens are depending on you.

That is the smartest thing anybody could think of. I dont want to affend anyone and im sorry if i do but they are coming over here, taking over alot of jobs that alot of americans could be doing correctly by paying taxes etc.But instead these supervisors or bosses would rather hire illegals to work for cheaper. Its just not right, these people should lose there licenses and so forth.Illegal aliens are a big problem and by these guys giving them jobs it just isnt helping with the situation. I would be very upset to if there was a construction site in my neighborhood that was bring it down because of workers littering. Why do we even have a border control? LOL.It dont seem like its helping much.

It shows that people can work together and find ways to solve their problems even when the government turns a deaf ear. It also shows that illegal aliens are still afraid of the INS. They may be not get caught at the border, but INS will still deport them if caught. A few weeks ago I heard the INS had apprehended several illegal aliens in my county and sent them back to Mexico.

That as so funny. I gather the real INS are probably in their cars, vans, or the office, laughing their heads off when they read about it. I would like to see the link for it. Good for Kansas. It also shows what type of illegal immigrants they are. I would not be surprised that they could not even got jobs down in Mexico and so they came over to America to find if anyone would hire then and then they made the mistake of going into Kansas.

If they had been respectful to the homeowners by not littering they probably would still be there doing those jobs.

That is so funny. Thanks for the laugh today. I would have loved to have been there doing that. Can you imagine the look on their faces. And thanks for reminding me to pay my taxes. LOL!

I really enjoyed the story too. I wish more ordinary citizens could take the initiative to solve the illegal alien problems. It takes a certain amount of genius, but if people set their minds to it I'm sure we cound think of something.
