i found a site that outlines a way to get runescape membership extremely easy.... although the site says xbox live you can choose a pay by cash card as a prize instead that is valid toward a membership www.freewebs.com/earnfreelive

This site is really good but I am not from Usa either. People from Usa have far more available options to get enough money to pay runescape membership.
