If you had to buy one hardware upgrade for your computer, what would it be?

If I could upgrade anything, I would upgrade my RAM to the max. My current one is really unfit for my needs.

Well one hardware upgrade isn't what I'd want to do, but if I only had to choose one, I'd definitely say a new video card at the moment. I'm rocking an ATI Radeon X300 SE, and it's crap for the stuff I want to play. It's really bottlenecking a lot of my RAM and processor performance.
But really, I want to build my own computer. I have about half the parts needed, and all that I need to get now is a motherboard, processor, video card, and RAM. Even better is the fact that it's going to cost me less than $500! Woo!

i won't upgrade my computer in the next future. i just upgraded my ram, from 256 mb to 1,256 mb. i'm happy with it's significant difference of performance before and after
