Smoking / Buying Cigarettes

I have been a smoker for almost fifty years and now that we must go outside most places to smoke I often get people that walk by and cough. If I am in a foul mood I usually let them get a few feet away before saying "You'll live!". If they are that concerned with their health, they should not be living in Los Angeles County where the air is terribly polluted already LOL Yes, I do smoke in my house because, well, it's my house :) The prices of Winstons are terribly high but I pay them just the same. I could smoke generics which are cheaper but they have no flavor to them :(

The prices are too high. I had some woman walk by me and wave her hands saying pew. The wind was blowing away from her and she was at least ten feet away. It was impossible for her to smell the smoke. Even as a smoker too much smoke bothers me. Right now I do smoke in the house, but when I buy a house I'm restricting myself to only certain areas.

I do not smoke and sometimes it does bother me when others smoke near by other times it doesn't. The main reason that it bothers me is when people know I have cancer and still smoke close by. Because I have cancer I am at more of a risk of other cancers: lung cancer being one of them that could be caused from smoke.

You can smoke...it's your rights...but please don't smoke in public areas where other people who don't smoke will be affected by your smoking. Honestly...I don't like to see men or women smoking, the body odor specially the mouth is ewwwwwwwww...I don't like the smell...I'm sorry to ofend you...By the way...why you like smoking? Even though you knew it's dangerous to your health? Care to explain why?

Smoke doesnt really bother me, but I try hard to be courteous and get away from others in case they do not smoke. I do smoke. I do not smoke in my house. I really don't like them but the addiction gets you everytime. I don't like the prices either and refuse to smoke anything less than Marlboro.

i am a smoker too, but i like to think of myself as a polite smoker. if it bother people i am around i will move to somewhere away from them. as far as that lady i would have made a smart remark such as you should have your breath. but i was at a party outside. me and a friend was talking when a guy came up saying my smoking was bothering him, i was polite and said sorry and i would move to somewhere esle. but the trouble started when he grabbed me and began to push me. yeah i almost laid him out. now i do smoke outside of my house. due family that comes over and don't like the smell of it. the only time i smoke inside is winter if its cold out.

I hate smoking more than anything i think........I never allow anyone smoke close to me and frankly speaking i get a real bad cough and something happens in my stomach every time someone dose. I have been at constant war with those around me who smoke i.e i try to make them quit, I have regular row about it with my father who knows smoking is bad for health but just can't seem to give up and to add to the list of those I constantly nag about their smoking habit, is my best friend unfortunately he thinks smoking is something good for his creative mind(which is load of tosh)....... Smoking dose no good only harm and those who think they can get away by smoking 1 or 2 sticks a day well they are wrong thats what my dad used to think and trust me he smokes over 20 a day now.Than their are that chain smoker friend of mine who you would think has no strength, his hands and leg actually shakes if he dose not smoke for over 3 hours and he smokes 4 - 5 sticks in a go. trust me their is nothing good about smoking in terms of both economy and health.

I am a smoke. I smoke between 5 and 20 a day. Depending what I'm doing at work. I would like to quit but I enjoy it. Its one of them things where you either love it or hate it.

I do smoke about 2-3 sticks a day with my husband. I don't really smoke when i'm not with him. We don't smoke inside the house because it's bad for our son. our son has asthma so we refrain from smoking where he's near. Here in the Philippines, the price is just right. It's not expensive. Most of the time, I smoke when I have problems or if I'm stressed. It helps. But its really not advisable because you can get addicted to it.. Me, I'm okay. Atleast I can control my smoking. I don't smoke if I don't want to even if everyone around me is smoking.
