I have a basic Nikon D40x DSLR and I would like to buy some accessories like external flash, telephoto lens and others. Is it okay to buy from e-bay or order online? Anyone with good or bad experience with this process? Any recommendations where to get a good deal? Thanks in advance.

I buy my cameras and accessories on ebay. I check out the seller and only buy if they deal mainly in Photography equipment. I also use paypal to get the extra protection. You can get some great deals and you can get taken too. Becarful. Research wht you want and then start looking.

You can order your camera accessories online or even on eBay. You just have to be very careful when doing it. Make sure you are looking at the right accessories for your camera. Also, when buying on eBay, read the descriptions in detail. Don't skip over anything. All the information should be there including what exactly you're buying and what condition it's in.

before buying something on ebay surf on the net and bring the info you need.
after you have to be sure of what do you want and search on ebay the items with the exact words.then watch the feedback of the seller and if the other customers say that it's good buy!!=)
