dating someone with kids or without?

as a divorced mother of three grown up girls i would be interested to no which people think is best to meet someone with children as they tend to understand you cant always give them your undevided attention but the down side is it makes things more complex if you want to settle down together, or someone with no ties at all the down side is they tend to be a bit more self orientated and resent you not giving them attention soley to them. What has anyone else got to say on this matter? has anyone any advice ?
