I know that diet pills work somewhat. But when you go of of them do you just gain all the weight back? or do you have to stay on them forever?

hey i would advice you not to take any kind of pills for losing weight no matter how much they claim for their results and no side effects its only later that you come to know the side effects of these kinds of pills and they sometimes cause serious harmonal imbalance in your body i had weight loss pills some 5-6 years back and 1st thing i never lost any weight and second thing is they caused harmonal imbalance in my body so my advice is a big NO to any pill

It works well, however,I have known diet pills user got a side effect taking it.The best way to loose weight is to limit yourself from foods, and this need a discipline to your self and this is the hard things to do,but surely it will helps you in whole of your lifetime than diet pills that if you stop, then all the weight will soon be back again.
