last week i was late for work for one min, and the punishment is amerce! i am very poor these days since i leave school and rent outside~i do say i will leave this company one day!!!!

I sympathize with your experience.I have never heard that any company use fine to punish his employees.Maybe your company is a enterprise engaed in the production of manual processing,uauslly this kind of enterprises are demanding of workers'working hours.I think you should consider how to find a better job,this compoy is indeed too harsh for it's employees.
