HELP!!! My neighbor abused my daughter!

I haven't been online the last few days because I had to file a case against a 50year old woman neighbor who verbally abused my 5 year old daughter. Last Saturday, I had to call 911 and had the police pick her up around 7pm. This woman scolded my daughter and alleged that the little girl intentionally drops dried leaves on the road fronting her house on a daily basis! My God, how trivial! And then again how impossible! Its been raining so hard these past two weeks as Typhoon Fran hit the Philippines and damaged hundreds of schools all over the country. And she vehemently accuses that my daughter religiously drops garbage on her turf! My daughter ran home and locked herself in her room that I had to coax her out. when she opened the door, she was soaking wet with tears and sweating profusely. To say that she was terrified was to put it mildly. When the police came and wanted to check on her status, she panicked and ran to the corner thinking she will be imprisoned. My poor daughter was traumatized by this monster of a neighbor. This time, Im putting my foot down, I have been to the Social Welfare, District Attorney, Childrens' Protection Unit, Police Station and soon enough, at the Regional Trial Court. This woman has to pay for the emotional trauma she has inflicted on my daughter. Oh, and did I mention that she sideswiped a neighbor's 8 year old son? And did I also mention that she chased 7 children aged 12 and below around the subdivision on account of fallen leaves again? I and two other neighbors ( who are parents of the children) are filing separate cases of Child Abuse against this woman. Am I right in wanting to put this woman in jail?
