which method of child birth do u prefer?

i would prefer a cesarean birth. i won't have to worry about the labor pains..

Well, as someone who has had babies both ways, I would definitely say the c-section was much worse. Not the day of, or even the day after, because pain meds work wonders, but after that, I was much more weak, and the stitches in my abdomen were sore for a long time. It was harder to take care of the baby after the c-section. The muscles in my abdomen were very sore, and it was hard to move around. I am one who has very, very long labors, and while the contractions seemed horrific during that time, once I had the baby, there was very little recovery time needed. I felt pretty much like my old self after a few short days. If you can avoid major surgery in order to get your baby here safely, it is the way to go. Don't be frightened by the labor. It is not vivid in your memory very long after giving birth.
