When I was still in school, I always study to after 23 O'clock. And after I work for a company in a big city, I usually sleep after 23 O'clock as well. But actually we should sleep before 22 O'clock, a doctor told me. When do you go to sleep? If you sleep very late, do you feel you body not in good condition?

I go to bed around 12:30-1am and get up 8:30-9:30am.
I feel good. I think I get enough sleep. I know when i go to bed a little earlier I do seem to feel more rested in the morning but as far as my body feelings they feel the same...
there are so many things you have to do to keep yourself in good condition and sleeping is just one of them.

Yeah, I do a 40 minute walk every morning and i do other work out stuff through out the day.
my sleep used to be bad too and i would have a really hard time falling asleep until I started working out and walking all the time. Now that I do that it find its much easier to sleep and fall asleep.
