Okay - first of all please dont be mean and defensive... I think that this is an important questions. I have been a member for a little over 6months.. I know that there are rules on mylot. I was reading them and they caused me to wonder about the rules here... One of the rules is no copyrighted photos. The rule doesn't say if, or except, it says they shouldn't be posted. Yet I see copyrighted photos... Another rule is no "me to" posts, or meaninless discussions. But those repeatedly appears.. (example: what email provider do you use? ) So my questions are.. 'are there exceptions to mylot rules', 'are the rules not enforced', 'does your level have an impact on which rules are enforced', 'Do you think that the rules are enforced equally and fairly'....

I can see how that is true. It must be a nightmare following all of the conversations. I would bet that they on review some of which is brought to their attention...

The rules are enforced as they catch violators. A lot of posts get deleted, entire discussions get deleted, and people lose pennies because of it. myLot is a huge community and there is no way they can monitor every post. If you see a violation, then hit the little button and report them, if you feel so lead.

there are rules here to keep peace among mylotters andd to try and make us respect each other. as for some postings slipping by you need to remember this is a large number of mylotters working here and I doubt if there are a whole lot of mylot administrators here. so they may miss some but they will finally'see the discussions that break the rules and they will be deleted. they ask for our help so we should let them know 'when we see something that breaks the rule. email them the info.
