too much sugar is bitter isn't it? too much sugar intake is harmful for your teeth and most harmful for your stomach. It enables roundworms and worms to reproduce and grow.

Anything done in excess will always bring bad effect and hence too much sugar intake will give out bad effects. Too much sugar will rise up your sugar level which when not controlled will result in diabetes. So, even if you are sweets lover, you have to watch out.

For sure sugar has a side effect in the body because it is processed using chemicals (i don't know any sugar which is processed naturally and available in the market). These chemicals could be harmless if taken in very little amount but can affect one's health if not taken in moderation. Sugar is a compound used by the body as a source of energy. Take too much sugar and you well get hyped over the day. Too much sugar is bad for health, actually anything taken too much is bad for health. Just use sugar that you need... if not you could possibly develop diabetes in your old age. ciao!

I believe there are several effects that toomuch sugar intake will have on the body, but the one that stands out in my mind is that you can and most likely will gain a lot of weight if you eat too much sugar very often. Not too mention you will probably be bouncing off of walls and hyper, while not mentioning probably rotting your teeth.
