Do you have a great "How we met" story?

I thought it would be fun to share how you met your significant other.
I met my hubby when my mom moved into an apartment house. I didn't officially meet him though until I moved in one of the apartments too and I noticed him taking his dog out. My first thought was "This is the guy I am going to marry." And here we are, 6 years later.
We have been through so much crap but we are hanging in there. Things are not always good, in fact with the economy our fights have been pretty frequent, but we hang on and try to share as many laughs as we can.
That is the secret. If you can find some laughter and fun in the bad, you can get through anything.

Hi Tannie
That was a good story. I meet Lori at church. But I really did not get to know her for quit some time. She was married and had a very controlling husband and she just sat in the corner not saying anything. Several years latter she moved into the house next door to mine. I then became very sick and she would come over to check on me and see if I needed anything and take me to my many doctors appointments. We became very close friends and shortly after that her marriage desolved and we became even closer friends and latter decided that we were right for each other.
