how do I do to persuade my parents?

I have a plan to climbing highest mountain in vietnam - fansipan at 3143 metres above water level ,I really want to do it and I'm prepare everything for this trip .But I think my parent do not allow me .They may think it's so dangerous for me ,they alway think me a kid ,try to protect me .So what I have to do to persuade my parent allow me do this plan ? I really really want to do this
