I india we usually say fine when someasks how r you .I us they sat good when they r asked how r u?
What do u say when u r asked how r you ?do u say something innovative ?Please let me know .

I think it's a formal question ,and the answer alway "I'm fine ,thank you " .That's all

Well,when someone ask me "how are you?"I would say,fine or good.mostly,I also say,“thanks,what about you?that it is,no innovation.take care

I usually say "good, good"... but when a friend of mine asks me, i say the truth.. of course when the timing's alright.. sometimes, i learned through experience, that bums people out. but hey, wouldn't hurt to speak the truth right?
