This will be based on the situations..
If you talking about the cooking in the medical/software seminor, is not at all a good questions, this will be called the irrelevant questions/answers
So, what ever the questions and anwers which will be raised and answered in the right place is called the Good Question/Good answers according to me..
In other words, the question will be asked in some of the infromations regards, and the by answering for the same by satisfying the persons concerned, is called the Good answer, i.e., if the answer will satisfy the need of the person who raise the questions/whether it serves the purpose then the said answer become the Good answer.
