Can you tell me what this is?...took this picture, at a local cemetery

I can't see anything, is that photo taken at night, were you in a cemetery at night...I honestly can't see anything...

Maybe an orb..or a collection of energy that's harmless, but like electricity that won't harm you. But orbs are not ghosts. Some feel if a ghost is near, it could use orb energy to make itself show up? But on a different thought. I do not know why anyone would look for a ghost in a cemetary? If you were free of your body, would YOU spend your time hanging around the rotting corpse when you would be free to go anywhere!!?? LOL! Ghosts don't care anymore about the old body! They are free! If you want to look for a ghost..look where it once lived and loved! That is where one would most likely want to be!

I know that sort of circular aberration. They occur all the time in my brother's digital camera in photos taken near dusk or at night. It's just caused by the lens. Honestly, there isn't anything sinister in that picture. You may let your imagination run wild and concoct all sorts of hypotheses for it, but it will still remain what it is, an optical aberration, and nothing else.
