I have tried my best to understand others and have found alot of minor success. Recently I have been compairing others personalities to the five elements, air, water, grass, fire and ground. Comparing people to elements often helps me define them, but I was wondering if anyone else has a simular solution to understanding people. If so please write... If not comment anyway because I want to hear from everyone....

I think the more you truelly understand yourself you can understand others. And varying your experiences help because if you have experienced something someone else has you chances are better. :)

Ive used many ways to understand people. yes, linking them with elements was one of them .. but then i realized some people are actually a mixture of more than one or two elements and often these elemnts cross into boundaries of one another depending on the mood and surrounding of the individual.
So along with that, a better way is a change of perspecctive. If you can do it, it is very helpful Try seeing the person as he sees himself .. then try seeing him how u see him .. then in the end try seeing him how a stranger will see him .. that gives you a clea r picture.
I have tried many other ways, but most of them are too complicated and too lengthy to explain here.
Anywways, have a nice day.
