Hi,
When I have problems with the heat, I will take
a slightly cold shower and then make it colder little
by little, untill I feel better.
After the shower I lay down on the bed for 30 mins.
Then it normally feels better.
If you have a swimming pool there , you could go swimming.
And then lay down under a tree or umbrella.
Good Luck,
Take care,
Margajoe

Well, you should probably drink lots of water, preferably warm water. The idea being that once your system has some warm water, the outside temperature will feel quite a bi cooler.
You should also go for a swim if you live near the pool, the water will help you too cool down.
It also depends on what type of heat. In Singapore it's very humid as well as hot so you should probably keep to wearing minimal clothing so that your sweat does not cling to your cloths and make you feel uncomfortable. However, if you are in a place where the heat is dry, the trick is to wear long lose clothing - that way you get air but keep the sun off your skin.
