we didn't get on the tour buses.
it's a lot cheaper if you travel and tour the place on your own!

I live in NJ close to NYC, and I find it to be overcrowded, expensive, but there is always something to do, if you can afford it.
Last time I was there was two years ago at Christmas time, I went to Rockafellow center, just to look and be a part of the festivities.

oh i would so love to visit NY. Im in USA, but never got to actually stay in NY except for passing thru. i see it on tv all the time and it looks wonderful. i've heard its a city that never sleeps, just like Las vegas of which i've been many times. in NY they say there is always something to do.

Hello. You know whats really funny- I was just thinking how I can get myself to London for a few months! I am born and raised New Yorker. What is it that you want to know? Everything is different. Manhattan is always hot and packed but you can eat whateva you want whenever. Always traffic, it is very expensive! Thats mainly all the 5 Boro's. Theres no place like it and when I travel I realize it and I think after all my time in the city I can go for alittle more laid back attitude bc that is one thing you dont get!
:-) Its fast paced!
