I won't change my weight but I sure would change my way of approaching things some times. I am the suck that has door mat written on her fore head. I think some times I am to easy going and to nice. I need to be more assertive. As far as my bed habits. I smoke and it cost so much. It's bad for your health. I have tried to quit more times then I can count. I start out good and cave by the end of the day. It is such a bad example for the kids. I should work on this harder. I have tried hypnoses, medicine ,patches . I think the answer is cold turkey.

www.whyquit.com is a great resource for quitting smoking, and I agree, cold turkey is the best method, that website agrees as well.
However, the thing that will really work is you really wanting to quit.
I quit once, and it was because I was planning to become pregnant and wanted a healthy pregnancy. It was very easy to quit that time, and I didn't look back for over a year. Then I caved and started smoking again because I had no reason not to.
I want to quit now, but not badly enough. It does cost too much and is a bad example for the kids, but that's just not good enough for me.
Maybe some day I'll quit, maybe I won't, who knows.

The true challenge is really to create ONE PLAN that changes everything! :)
It amazes me how simple this can be, but if folks want to take the long way around, they are certainly entitled to do so! :)
This is a great question, and here's a reward! :)

I would change my weight, the rest of me is ok, but my weight is about 20 lbs more than I care for.. Also, I might change my hair as I am getting grey and have to keep the roots touched up, it is getting to be more trouble than it is worth.. The rest of my life is pretty well ok..

Weight is high on my list, that is something that I really need to work on. I would like to go walking more often, but I do not like going alone. I also do not like going with other people, so I am kind of stuck in a rut. I like taking my dog, but the neighborhood that I live in has a lot of stray dogs in it. One of the neighbors said that someone within the neighborhood was attacked by a medium-sized white dog that is always on the loose, so I do not want to risk my dog's safety.

My neighborhood is like that too.
Is there a nearby park or something you could go to for walking?

Kind of, but it is more for the kids. My friends and I will go up there and sit on the slides and stuff if the park is empty. Other parents might think we're weird if they see us playing there. I wish we had something better, like those big parks that you always see in the movies, with some guy throwing a frisbee to his Labrador, and couples walking together on a sidewalk with their kid in a stroller, eating the biggest lollipop that the parents could possibly find, the candy part almost the size of the kid's head.. I am rambling, I know. But, I do wish that there was somewhere to go walking.

Highly, I would say, my weight. I am over and i can't fit some of my clothes anymore and they used to fit good and snugged.
I would like to change the fact that I'm depressed some of the time. I would like to get a job and get a car to get down on over to the school and finish up my GED. Then I would change the way I'm living. Like I should be out on my own and not live with my parents.
And use my intuition and psychicness to lead the way to happiness.

Psychicness? That means you're a psychic? Well then you'd think you would have known all this back then, wouldn't you? LOL
Sorry, couldn't resist.
What you need is ambition and motivation. Get up, get out, and get something accomplished. You'll be amazed at how good it feels.

I don't really know where to start. There so so many aspects of myself that I would change drastically. I guess the main one is the way I look. That has always bothered me because of judgmental people. I wish I was more outspoken about things instead of keeping it in. And I'd change my height because I need to be taller. Yes, I said need.
