More Cellphone Legislation for Cars..

Any new laws that they pass will be due to some people just not caring and messing it up for everyone else. I still see people in a Church or a movie theater with ringing phones. There is no reason why those people don't shut off that ringer and put it on vibrate or silent mode. If your State says you must use a headset then use a headset, no one should be texting while they are driving anyway. If these people keep this up they will eventually produce a device to be installed in all cars so that there will be no cell phone service available at all while your in that vehicle.
