I would like to know what everyone's insight is on this.
There are so many studies out there stating all the harm smoking while pregnant can cause to an unborn baby. But still, now a days you see so many pregnant women smoking because of how hard it is to stop smoking.
With my first I was able to quit cold turkey the day I found out I was pregnant but I still ended up smoking again when she was 18 months old. With my second I tried to quit but it seemed impossible. I cut down to 2-3 a day but was not able to quit fully. Both my girls are extremely healthy though.
If you were to get pregnant would you force yourself to quit, cut down or continue to smoke your normal amount?

with my first son i quit and with my second i tried but just couldn't kick the habit. it is bad for the baby b/c it lowers their oxygen and my second child has asthma worse then my first did so my advice from personal experience is to stop smoking or cut back as much as possible
