how to create a blog

can any one help me in making a blog??? i was asked to enter the feed url and some type of viewing url, i did'nt get it, what is the "feed url." plz provide me some examples.....

You can sign up for a free blog that is easy to use at blogspot.com, and you won't have to worry about a feed url.
