Everyone has heard of an urban legend. How about the one where the girl goes to the club and someone spikes her drink and she wakes up the next morning in a tub full of ice and her kidney has been removed. Does anyone know of any good urban legends...I find them interesting.

I really enjoy them as a genre of story.
I rather like the one where someone returns to a dorm of some kind and can hear their room-mate grunting and moaning. as she often has men back she thinks nothing of it and goes to bed without switching on the light to respect her privacy.
she wakes up to find her room-mate murdered, and on the walls daubed in blood, the words "aren't you glad you didn't switch on the light"
nice one.
there's another well known one, where a couple in a car break down, and the man goes to get petrol. after a while she hears a tapping on the roof, and ignores it. after a while the police arrive, and tell her to get out of the car and not look back, and obviously, she looks over her shoulder, and there's a man on the roof, banging her husbands severed head against it.
someone told that to my cousin when she was about seven, and she actually stole a knife from the kitchen and kept it under her bed for about a year.
another amusing one is where a couple were being frisky in a car, until they hear a radio announcement about a madman with a hook for a hand on the loose in their area, so they decide to go home, and drive away. on getting home they find a hook hanging from the car door handle.
they're cheesy, stupid, but very entertaining.

The one about the guy banging the husbands head on the car roof was really creepy. I really like the classic urban legend about the hook on the car(KUDOS+)! That's funny that your cousin slept with a knife under her bed for a year...poor thing.

Although it's not a scary/horror urban legend, I know you've heard of the Pop Rocks/Soda legend. Check out this website. You'll be reading urban legends and myths all day!!

There are some real scary ones between them.. After reading this discussion, I went to Youtube to watch some Urban Legends stories. The following one gave me goose flesh:

I didn't know what really was going on in the last part of the clip.. but still, I think it's pretty scary. Also the ghost pictures are creeping me out, though I don't believe a 100% in these things/stories.
Greetz.
