I'm sorry, what do you mean 'overcome'?
I had a complete hysterectomy about four years ago and it threw me into menopause. I had to take hormone replacement and stuff. After a year I quit taking it and just relied on my calcium and vitamin suppliment. By my cousins suggestion, I took Black Cohosh for awhile to help with the hotflashes, it really took the edge off.
Can I ask you what is going on?

Well if she has already had the hysterectomy, she really needs to be on hormones to replace the ones her body won't be able to produce if they took her ovaries.
I still don't understand what you mean by 'overcome'
There is really nothing to overcome, she will just need to do what her doctor says until she re-adjusts.
If she recently had the surgery she needs to rest and not lift anything heavy, she just needs to take care of herself and let someone wait on her and keep up her chores for her.
