Out of Body Experience, do you experienced it ?

Out of my curiosity, Make me want to ask. Did anyone here have experienced OBE or Out of Body Experience? Well I've read many article, I've tried too but It always failed. Then I tried with some help, idoser help. I'm listening OBE1 for 30 minutes then go to sleep. After that I felt so light, my inner felt like wanted to float out. Because it's first time for me, I started feeling scared and shocked with this awkward feeling. And I've got full conscious, so it failed again. But 'till now I haven't tried for more. Though I would have to prepare myself first.

I often got it back then. I don’t think I enjoyed having those experiences. So I was shocked to read that you would love to have those experiences? For me it was kinda freaky to see my own body laying there or sitting there. What if a certain spirit had come in and possessed my body and I couldn’t enter back? Mostly I was ill when I got such experiences and I even tried to hold something to keep myself staying inside my body. I was very panicked with the feeling of not being able to come back into the body again. What would happen if I didn’t come back? Where would I go?? I think it’s rather fearful than fun.

Isn't it there is a thread that connects the hard body and soft body ? Well I don't know what if there is someone or something like to possessed. It would be scary. But I want to know where will be we going. Some said that we will go to another dimension, others said that we could go to hell to look around [for this one I might be start doing good things :p]. Well looks like I need for look more information first. Or maybe waited here for someone who might be already experienced.

I have not had a controlled one. However, a friend of mine seems to think that this very strange dream I had one time was one. I have tried to initiate one before but to no avail. I would like to try it sometime though.

actually you can goggles dreams on the web and there is some that say that if you have a dream that feels extremely real u r having an out of body experience. so i guess everyone has them unconsiously

IMO, I think that when we dreaming we already have OBE. But we doesn't feel the process to that. Well that's why you said unconscious, right ? If you were conscious you will know how the process work. When all of your body parts feel asleep, and you can keep your brain left to work. That's the time when we can know the process. Well I kinda think like this. so CMIIW.
