Which is the best exercise?

To many ways to exercise but still we can not find a time, specially people working round the clock. For me swimming is still the best exercise to do, because it less strain and pesperations. Other say it's walking, dancing, aerobics etc etc etc. For you what is the best exercise and why?

I like jogging in the morning. After jogging I like to do some TAICHI. These exercises are good for our health.

Swimming is good, it's relaxing and it acts as water therapy for us after a day's work.. But for me, i will prefer jogging and running.. Because it gives me the adrenaline rush i need and trains up my determination and perservance.. hehe ^_^ PLus, running/jogging do makes one slim down faster too.. hehe

If I have time constraints, then a push up will do for me plus some squat.In the morning while I was cooking for my kids breakfast and pack lunch,I do the exercise,having some push up and squats.I also use my spring power twister,so got sweat before taking a bath.
