That is not an easy question to answer, especially at work. In China, the relationship between leader and us is so complex, we should do everything with our brain rather than heart.

Ouch. I learned my lesson the hard way between these 2. A couple of years before, around 7 years, I always find myself very emotional and always express my feeling without thinking may it be good or bad. Then, I suddenly noticed that sometimes I hurt people and even hurt myself in the process since I act on impulse most of the time. Today, I always think first before I say anything or before I act out. I still commit mistakes but it's ok. But I'm happy as well that I have a certain degree of control of my emotions. I still follow them both but priority is on the mind.
